Over the past 16 years, Dena has worked as a speech language pathologist in a number of different settings servicing both adults and children with challenges involving cognition, swallowing, language deficits and articulation. 
Dena currently works with the pre-school and school-age population with a focus on speech sound disorders, oral-motor deficits as well as language disorders.
Dena graduated with Distinction from California State University Northridge with a Masters of Science in Communication Disorders and graduated summa cum laude from Cleveland State University with a degree in Speech and Hearing. 
She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association.
