Mushky leads all programming and events as the Executive Director of Chabad YJP Minnesota. Together with her husband, Rabbi Sholom Brook and four beautiful children, she has founded a strong and vibrant Jewish community for young adults.

She has extensive experience working in educational settings, spending many years teaching in a Reggio-inspired Jewish preschool in NY city, as well as various summer camps, and in-home daycares.

Mushky’s life-long passion for early childhood education led her to a year of studying abroad at the teacher’s seminary in Safed, Israel where she gained a true appreciation and enthusiasm for early childhood education. Mushky views education as a mission, a valued and time-honored tradition.
